we tried this with a grilled chicken and ate it as a side...we also added fresh avacado, black beans and lime juice. also we are not big tomato fans so we added chopped red pepper in place of the tomato and it was yummy!

This dip is fabulous! I made it for a dinner party and subsequently made it a week later for our family. It is a cool and refreshing summer snack. Crunchy and nutritious!

I made this twice over the Memorial weekend..first I used canned corn and left out the pepper. It was good, but it was missing something. The second time I used fresh corn, diced the pepper up real small and squeezed the juice from half of a lime over it. That made the difference! It was a huge hit and it will be a staple for my summer gatherings!

This was so tasty! It make a large enough amount to take to a picnic or party. It was excellent! I've used canned corn too and it works just as well as the fresh.

This recipe is very good. I made it with canned corn instead of fresh and didn't add the pepper since I like mild salsa and it was fantastic. It was super easy to make and I will defiantly be making this again! :)
