I am always asked to make this recipe, Everyone can't believe how wonderful and tasty and easy this is, I add a drained can of black beans to it also. A fun quick and easy recipe to bring to get-togethers.

I tried it for our Easter Brunch, I felt you should add more dressing and suggest you prepare it ahead so it can be cold upon serving it. I had a couple of compliments from my guest, they thought it was something different and good.

My husband and I made this recipe several times. It is so scrumptious! The chunks and taste of the salsa make this a repeat. This will remain one of our favorite recipes.

Great for parties! Makes a fresh, summery alternative to cheese dips, etc. Will make again!

Didn't want anything spicy, so I used Green Bell Pepper. My husband even liked it.
