This was so easy and so good. I will make with chicken broth instead of water next time for even more flavor.

I love this recipe and have made it several times. I use whatever type of Salsa I have on hand and I like to use instant Brown Rice. I was not a rice eater until I started making this recipe. CW

This is a good recipe but instead of salsa I used Rotel tomatoes. Gave it more flavor and this "zing" it needed. Was not dry!

Yummy! I've been making this for years, however adding a can (about 24 oz) of baked beans. Then it is a complete meal. I just cook the rice as directed on the package, and stir in the cheese and salsa with the beans.

Easy and good, but use chicken broth instead of water for a richer taste. Yum!

Great tasting recipe! but if you like more heat try adding a seeded jalapeno pepper chopped really fine like i did, it tasted very very good.

I made this for dinner last night and my husband loved it. It definitely needs salt and pepper. I actually made this recipe years ago and I'm glad I found it again, it's really good.
