This is a meal by itself, very easy to make and feeds alot of people add french bread and its delicious.

I have made this before, my version was called 7 layer salad. I have not added any type of meat to this before, but I have fresh Ham from my farm and I will try it next time !!

I have made this recipe many many times because it can be made the day ahead and taken to a party or dinner the next evening. I start with iceburg lettuce, followed by olives, baby peas, celery, green and red peppers, crushed walnuts, dressing. I do toss it before serving. It is always a big hit and asked for repeatedly.

I made the fiesta salad for my family as well as another family. Both families thought it was delicious.
