I made this twice. The first time it didn't turn out so well. I cooked the peppers too long with the tomatoes. It all turned brown. The next time I actually read the directions, separated the tomatoes and cilantro till last, it came out perfect and sooo colorful

My husband wanted something light for dinner and I came across this in your book. This was very simple to make and both my husband and I enjoyed it very much!

We enjoyed this recipe. We added sliced onion with the meat that I also marinated in the sauce ahead of time. Next time we will use chicken instead. As the meat seemed a little tough.

Very easy and tasty. I used a red pepper and yellow tomato. Try it with Whole Wheat Pasta for fewer calories.

My husband loved this one! The price of beef was too high this week, so I sliced up breakfast pork chops instead. It was excellent. I also added some cashews and left off the pepper. I will try this one again! My husband was excited about taking leftovers to work!

Marinate and pound the meat. Use yellow instead of green pepper. Use less than half a box of spaghetti broken into small pieces. Good flavor.

Very good! The meat turned out awesome. I ended up marinating the sliced meat with the garlic and 1Tbsp of the Soy Sauce and Dressing for an hour... WOW. Once the Cilantro steamed in the mixture at the end it was D-E-licious.
