I have not prepared this recipe, so it may not be fair of me to make comments, but after reading the two previous reviews I felt I should. I make a very similar recipe that I call Pepperoni Bread. I use Pillsbury refrigerated French bread...roll it out. I place approx. a 1/2 lb of large sandwich size pepperoni slices...top with approx. 2 cups of Kraft pizza cheese. Roll it up, brush with an egg wash and sprinkle with shredded parmesan and Italian seasoning; I serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. My daughters boyfriend, who is away at college, just loves this stuff. I started making four loaves at a time for him to take back to school, which he freezes. As he pleases he takes a loaf out of the freezer, allows it to defrost and then bakes as usual. It's not quite as good as when it's freshly prepared but he's just happy to have it. I hope this helps.
