Needs a bit more taste but is good to freeze and use as leftovers.

I have never made stuffed peppers before, but this turned out excellent! We made them in the oven and they were perfect. The only thing I suggest is that when they say to buy "large peppers", they mean it! Mine were kind of small, so we had alot of filling left over, but hey, we ate that all by itself! Very good.

This was very easy to make and tasted great .... Next time I think I will try making them in a disposable pan .....

This recipe was great, but instead of the boca packs, I used chorizo meat and it turned out great.

This was overall very good. I think my new outdoor grill may have been too hot because I burned the peppers a little bit but it still tasted very good. Next time I will try cooking it in the oven or lowering the temp on my grill.

These were excellent! Be sure to make your foil packets large enough or the cheese will stick.

The peppers turned out excellent. I loved this meal. The rice was a nice touch.

Instead of water, we used white wine and it gave it a great flavor!

Also works great with ground turkey.

These were good... but we used ground beef and added garlic and onions and omitted the zuccini.
