These were a big hit at the Christmas party. One thing that worked really well was that I put the stuffing mixture into a gallon-sized plastic bag and cut a small hole in the corner to squeeze the mixture into the mushrooms. They were delicious!

I made these for an appetizer for my husband's birthday because he LOVES mushrooms. They were gone FAST! Even those who weren't mushroom lovers commented on how good they tasted! I used turkey stuffing instead of chicken because the next day was Thanksgiving, but none left to serve! I would definitely make them again & plan to!

I made these to take to a friends house. They were delicious and all gone! I had leftover stuffing which I used to stuff a few chicken breasts.

Did not care for the spinach. Made this recipe last night and had to throw it couldn't stand the taste. I think it would be good with out the spinach. Maybe will try that next time.
