This is a wonderful and easy dish to make! My whole family loved it! I did use fat free catalina dressing, it is a keeper.

I had been craving Chinese food for a long time before I found this healthy recipe. It's VERY easy to make and it has so much flavor! I find that 1/2 cup of the stir-fry and a 1/2 cup of rice is the perfect portion for me.

I thought this was actually very yummy. Next time I'll add black beans as others suggested. I served garnished with green onions and cilantro. I thought it was very "Tex-Mex" and loved the combination of the rice and chicken. I used medium salsa so it was tasty with enough spice. Some cumin would be nice, too.

This was extremely quick and easy. It was very delicious and I make it time and time again. If I'm short on time, instead of the fresh vegetables I use some frozen stir fry vegetables, which turns out great as well.

Very good although I had to double the recipe of the sauce to get enough to totally coat all the chicken and vegetables, other than that it was very good!

This is great I added 5 cups of veggies to make it so I could eat more! I also added hoisin sauce and soy sauce. This was great my 5 year old twins liked it!
