Very tasty! I used a bag of frozen stir-fry veggies instead of fresh, and adjusted the cooking time according the package directions. I also added some scallions during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
Served this with brown rice. VERY GOOD. I don't normally like Catalina, but this was great. Never would have thought of using it in stir-fry. I used fat free Catalina. Didn't have fresh veg, used frozen stir-fry veg, which was fine. We like hot, so I used 1/2 teas. or more of the crushed hot peppers & we didn't think it was too hot. I thought the amt of sauce in the recipe was perfect. Would rate it superb, but don't feel I can since I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I will definitely make this again.
Everyone loved this!!! I will definatly be making it again. Like the previous posters I to doubled the sauce. I also added 3 cloves of garlic.
This recipe is so good. I added an extra clove of garlic, and also more dressing and soy sauce. I also added black pepper. It turned out so well! I will definitely be making this again.
I made this for dinner tonight and served with brown rice. I used 1 red and 1 green pepper and an onion too. Also used a little more red pepper cause I loke my food spicy. Very good and really easy to make!
I was amazed that this did not taste like Catalina dressing at all. If you are going to have leftovers, careful with the red pepper flakes - the heat intensifies overnight.
Very good and easy to make!
My husband is very picky and loved this! We have also made it for friends and family....always a hit!
Very easy to make. My husband who is very picky had seconds.
