I make chinese quite often but this was by far the easiest recipe I have made to date. The chicken was tender and delicious. I still think it needed a little something as the flavor was neither sweet nor spicy but delicious just the same. My husband who has a fear of trying new things -- said that he would eat it again -- that being said -- I will make it again.

I really liked the flavor of this recipe. I also added sliced almonds and that added a nice crunchieness that I liked.

This recipe is a winner! Made it with frozen vegetables - tastes as good as any Chinese restaurant's. Fast and easy!!!!

This is a quick and simple meal, but lacked the pizazz and flair I was hoping for. The flavor was actually better when I ate the meal the following day as leftovers.

I substituted the sugar snap peas and added more veggies to the recipee because my husband can not eat any green vegetables (conteract with his medication). It turned out very well, I will definitely serve this dish again.

My husband and I love this recipe. I also, like many others, double the sauce. Something that I love is adding cashews to this recipe. I am a huge Thai food fan and it reminds me more of Thai food. We also always serve it over jasmine rice for some extra flavor. This recipe will be made over and over in my home! Fantastic!!!
