This recipe is amazing. I made it for a pot luck gathering and everyone loved it. I made it the next week for my boyfriend who is a fussy eater. He told me it was the best thing I've ever made. The recipe is equally as good without the parmesan cheese. Next time I might reduce the amount of garlic.

This was delicious. I left off the black olives on top and just had more red pepper. YUMMY!! All of my friends loved it!!

This was significantly better than the last recipe I tried. Had good flavor and not too difficult to prepare. The search continues though for the perfect artichoke dip.

I made this for a party, and it was a huge hit. The leftovers (I made a double batch) heated up well the next day and was devoured!

It was a hit! I used fire roasted red peppers from a jar instead of fresh.

AWESOME! The dip was such a hit that I had to send the recipe to sooo many people at a recent party I hosted. I did add in basil to the mix for some added flavor! Also, I would not recommend doubling the recipie - came out a litte too dry. LOVE IT - TRY IT!
