Good stuff. Very "greeky", I could really taste the marinade on the artichoke hearts. As with most, I couldn't find the pita chips so I used veggie toasted wheat thins.

This dip is fabulous and so easy to make! I didn't have enough Parmesan cheese, so I did half Mozzarella cheese which gave it a good balance. Also I used much less Feta cheese...only about 1/4 of a package. This made it so the Feta was not too overpowering compared to the artichokes and other cheeses. I took this recipe to work and everyone LOVED it and asked for the recipe! YUM!

Everyone at my party loved this recipe. I didn't use the black olives (because I don't like them) and it was still colorful and tasty.

My husand loved this dip. I added salt & pepper because it lacked seasoning but overall it was very tasty. I might add even more seasoning next time with garlic and onion to give it more zest and make it less bland. It's definitely a hit with whatever you choose to serve it with: Tortilla chips, Pita Chips, Pretzels, breadsticks, etc.

This dip was soooo good! I made it for a little get together recently & everyone loved it. I put extra parmesan in it to make it cheesier. I will definitely be making this again!!
