I made this for the first time to take to a ladies hobby day at my church. It was a hit! Everyone loved it. There was only a spoonful left, so I brought it home so my husband could try it. I will be making it again tomorrow - my husband's request. It was very easy to make and is simply wonderful!

Simple & quick to make. Everyone in my family loved it -- even my four year old! Goes great with the thin crisp Triscuit suggestion.

This dip is awesome! So easy and very tasty. I used marinated artichokes and the plain artichokes both. There wasn't much of a difference in taste of the final product so save a few calories and use artichokes that are plain. This has become a party favorite of mine, everyone always loves it and asks for the recipe. I serve with baguette rounds toasted with garlic olive oil...super!
