I made these for Christmas and they were great, the taste is excellent, I really enjoyed making these very easy.

Gave these out for Christmas. Lots of good feedback, but lost a lot when trying to get out of pan due to breakage.

What a HUGE disappointment! The bottom layer was AWFUL... a complete waste of time. We had one each and i threw the rest away

The dough was awesome before cooked, but was dry and tasteless in the end. The topping was not even sweet like pecan pie.

iv'e mad different kinds of pecan bars before but this recipie was a litle different that what i was used to, but i made them anyway. when i was finished i thought i would be disapointed with the dough being thick, but after trying, i was delighted by taste. its has the taste and texture of that reminds of a pumpkin pie while the crust is like a cookie...DE-LIC-IOUS!!!

I cut the dough portion in half as some suggested in their comments and they were perfect. Even better after a couple of days, makes them a little chewy!

I followed the recipe exactly using the size pan designated in recipe and we were disappointed. Too much of the crust layer according to both teens and my husband. The pecan mixture on top was a success, but I think my household would like to see a thinner crust. Might try it again with a larger pan so that the crust can be spread more thinly and increase the pecan mixture to cover entire area.

omg, this was awesome! I decided to break away from the traditional pumpkin pie this year and boy was I glad I did! The family could not stop talking about this desert and was the first to go. I topped off this desert with French Vanilla flavored whipped cream and refrigerated it overnite. Turned it into a triple layer dream!! You will not be disappointed!!
