This recipe also freezes well before baking. Just prepare as directed, then place the foil packets in a freezer bag and place in the freezer. When ready to prepare, thaw completely then bake! I improvised because I did not have the honey barbeque sauce. Instead I used garlic barbeque sauce and honey peanut butter. Tasty!

good....not amazing, artichoke one was better, sauce was alittle thick, didn't cover everything

My husband and I really like this recipe! I will probably make some extra sauce for the side next time. I love the peanut butter mixed with everything else, and it is SO easy to clean up that I wish I could make something like this every night.

This was great, but the sauce seemed a bit thick, so I would add a bit more liquid.

I would not put quite so much peanut butter in it next time. It was wonderful though.

The chicken was done but white and did not look appetizing. If I do make again, I will season and pan brown the chicken first. The sauces did not mix with the veggies or chicken at all. The rice was just sitting on the bottom of the chicken with no oriental flavor.
