The peanut butter gave it an unexpected flavor - not bad, just different. My family didn't really care for it. Too much work getting it out of the foil.

I noticed the comments about the sodium content and would like to make a suggestion: Use Lite soy sauce and reduced sodium peanut butter. There should be no noticeable loss of flavor.

haven't tried this yet, but found the comments interesting. My guess regarding the sodium content is that it comes from the soy sauce and BBQ sauce. As for the split between some finding it tasteless and some thinking it tasty - I can't imagine how chicken could be bland if you put honey mustard bbq sauce and peanut butter over it. I'd probably add some tobasco just to be sure and be generous with the sauce.

The amount of sodium bothered me, we both watch our salt intake and I can't but wonder where all the sodium comes from and how can I reduce it?

In the words of my son, yukky. There was no taste and the chicken comes out very beige, very unappealing. I will not make this again and I suggest that you might want to choose something else to make and spend your time and money on.

Edible but not something I would bother to make again!

Not what I expected. The chicken-taco and fish florentine are both very good!

Very good. My family asked to have it again when we have company for dinner in a couple of weeks. I do think it could use salt and pepper before baking.
