I love this recipe because it is easy. The foil packet makes serving it easy and convenient.

very good. followed tips of other users and only made half a batch but only reduced the chicken and rice. flavor wasn't over powering but a good mix. I also used brown rice, just because that is my preferance. still very good!

I made this recipe without using the pesto(it wasn't on hand) and while my house smelled delicious, the meal was kind of bland. Everyone ate it, but they commented on its blandness. I liked how easy the clean up was, but next time I try it I'm going to add a little more spice. I liked the suggestion about doubling the amounts for veggies, combining other veggies, etc. But I will try it again.

This was a very easy recipe. I scaled it down for two people and included roasted red pepper instead of tomatoes (just what I had on hand). It did however lack a little flavor but was still enjoyed and I would make it again.

I found this recipe to be very tasty and very easy to make. I made it with the following modifications: I used Minute brown rice instead of white. I used Kraft's Light Done Right Zesty Italian dressing instead of regular. I used 1 can of drained stewed tomatoes. I added mushrooms, based on some of the other comments. I pre-cooked my chicken breasts in (seasoned) olive oil, just enough to cook them through, before placing them inside the foil packs. I only made 3 chicken breasts, but the only ingredient I cut in half was the rice. I used the same amount of everything else and it was perfect. If I made the entire batch, I think I would double the other ingredients. Thanks to the foil packs, cleanup was a snap. I will definitely make this again.

This was excellent! Everyone in my family loved it, even the kids. I used sundried tomato pesto and salad dressing, and I used a lot of it to make sure it wasn't bland like some people said. The only thing I would leave off next time is the artichoke hearts. The nice thing about this is you can fix individual packets, so you can customize everyone's to have just what they like.

I liked it but the sauce was too strong while the chicken and rice were really bland. I would love to experiment with this and maybe season the chicken and rice and rinse the artichokes first. The presentation of this recipe was great I would love to make it when people came over but the flavor was off. I'd dedinetly recomend playing around with the recipe!

I absolutely loved this recipe. I cook all the time and this is the best meal I've ever made. Like someone else suggested, I used marinated artichokes, and 3 cheese italian dressing and flavored, diced tomatoes. I also put mushrooms and asparagus in it. It was delicious and very easy to make!! I recommended this recipe to a lot of friends. I will definitely be making this one again soon!

I made this for my brother, sister in law and husband. They are not huge chicken fans but they loved this dinner. It is now one of their favorites and I get asked to make it all thhe time. I marinade the chicken in the sauce first. It gives it a little more flavor. I also add more artichokes.
