What You Need

cups instant white rice, uncooked

cups warm water

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick

can (13-3/4 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, quartered

large tomatoes, chopped

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

cup pesto

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

MIX rice and water; spoon onto centers of 6 large sheets heavy-duty foil. Top with chicken, artichokes and tomatoes; drizzle with combined dressing and pesto.

BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and both ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place in 15x10x1-inch pan.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Remove packets from oven; let stand 5 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening.

If the chicken breast halves in your market are larger than 4 oz., they will take longer to cook. Be sure to cook them long enough so that they are no longer pink in the centers and the juices run clear.

I did not care for the taste of this recipe. It was blan with no flavor. If anything, to improve it, I may add more dressing and pesto than what it called for.

Incredible recipe! Looks gourmet, like you slaved away when actually it was extremely quick and easy to prepare. Delicious flavor. Only thing I would do differently is add more pesto (because I love pesto not because it lacked flavor). This is a recipe to impress dinner guests. This recipe is my new favorite for company or special occasions. THANKS!

Excellent taste and the presentation of the foil packets was very suprising to my guests. I mixed the pesto and dressing before drizzling to make sure even amounts. Will make no other changes and this will be served at my home often!

THIS WAS THE EASIEST RECIPE! WHEN WE HAD GUESTS, WE TOOK IT OUT OF THE FOIL AND PUT IT ON PRETTY PLATES. EVERYONE WAS ASKING FOR THE RECIPE!!
