did not really like how the rice and chicken ended up baking- not completely done after 35 min.

Great recipe and easy clean up! If you like artichokes you'll love this one. I stuffed more than the recommended amout in to the foil so I had to double the cooking time. Enjoy!

This was delicious! It took longer to cook than I thought because even though I only used half the recipe, I still had to cook it about 20 extra minutes. I opened the packets around 30 minutes into cooking and I think that helped them cook a little faster but didn't affect the taste. I didn't have the bottled pesto sauce so I used a powdered packet of pesto mix right into the italian dressing. I will be buying more of those pesto packets because it really gave a nice flavor to the chicken.

I tried this recipe today and instead of chicken breasts I used thighs and I also made my own pesto sauce. I used everything else in it that the recipe called for. I recommend 60 minutes for thighs as far as time. I baked it in a covered casserole dish instead of individual packets. I will keep this recipe.
