It's really good. Although the next time I make it I will spray the foil with a no-stick coating.

This is really good, and very easy to make. I'm definitely keeping this recipe as a go to for my family.

LOVED IT I MADE IT FOR JUST MY HUSBAND AND I, SO IM ALWAYS LOOKING FOR RECIPES THAT I CAN TAKE A PACK OF CHICKEN BREAST AND MAKE TWO NIGHTS DINNERS WITH LITTLE WORK BUT OUR NOT LIKE EATING THE SAME THING EVERY NIGHT. I CUT THE CHICKEN IN HALF AND MADE OVEN FRYED CHICKEN FOR THE FIRST NIGHT AND CUT THE RECIPE IN HALF AND MADE THIS AT THE SAME TIME AND HEATED IT UP FOR DINNER TONIGHT. TIME SAVER FOR THE NIGHTS I WORK LATE.

I made it in a 9 x 13 casserole pan instead and added garlic, about twice the amount of pesto and my family loved it. Very big hit.

The flavors were all very good. Took no time at all to put together. I halved my own chicken breasts;alot cheaper. I didn't care for the artichokes (too tangy) but my husband liked it. We will experiment with a different veggie next time.

Easy, fast, and YUMMY! After reading other reviews I did use 1 c rice to 1 c liquid. But for the liquid I used 1/2c lt chicken broth, and 1/2c dressing. I also followed advice from another and used a can of drained fire roasted tomatoes. This was outstanding. The rice wasn't gummy and was perfectly cooked at 30 min in the oven. Will definately be a regular at our house!!!

This was really good! I did double the dressing and the pesto. Very tasty and I will definitely make this again.

Will make this again. Easy meal all in one dish. Marinaded the chicken in dressing during the day too. Only used three bigger breasts. Used whole wheat cuscous instead of rice with a pad of butter on each pile of rice. Very good!
