My husband loved this recipe. I did change some things though. I used Chicken tenderloins and Instead of using boxed instant rice, I used frozen rice with veggies. I didn't add the dressing but instead I used chicken spices. I also substituted fire roasted diced tomatoes for the fresh tomato. It turned out very tasty and I will definitely make it again.

Very easy to prepare but bland. Liked the idea of the recipe but it would need some broth &/or seasoning to give it flavor.

I LOVE this recipe!! So very easy and one of the yummiest!! I do make just a couple changes: I only use about two to two and a half cups of rice, and much less water (about half of the amount of rice). I have found a good modification is to half the amount of water, and then add some Italian Dressing and pesto to the rice (so if I'm using 2 cups of rice, I'll use a little over half a cup of water and about half a cup of Italian dressing). I also use extra artichokes, but that's a personal preference =) YUM!!!

i gave this 4 stars. It was good, something i would like to make from time to time. You can keep this dish always on hand too. I Keep a can of artichokes and italian diced tomatoes in the pantry at all times. I always have frozen chicken breasts. I learned from rachel ray that you can freeze pesto too. I have a couple little baggies in the freezer of it. Have fun making this recipe. I would add more artichokes and tomato to each chicken. enjoy!

This was very good. Next time I think I will add a bit more pesto. My husband and I loved it, the kiddos weren't too into it, but they are young and currently very picky.

I'm just about as far from being a chef as you can be, and I found this recipe to be very simple to make. Before I'd even sat down to eat my husband was telling me to add this recipe to the keep pile! I cooked it on Sunday evening and took one of the left-over pouches to work on Tuesday for lunch and it was just as good as it had been Sunday when fresh. I will definitely fix this again, maybe when I have guests so they'll be impressed, not knowing how simple it really was!
