Delicious and very easy. I didn't have Italian dressing, so I used Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette and it worked just fine. My husband loved it.

Great Recipe, not enough artichokes for me, will add more next time. I used a little more dressing, stewd tomatoes and had to add salt to get the flavor just right. But hands down, it will be a keeper in my recipe box.

My husband loved it! It's no surprise, though, since he's in LOVE with artichokes!

Awesome flavors! I seared the chicken on the grill with salt and pepper before packing it and would do it again. Next time, add some capers? Make sure the chicken is not too thick.

Very good. Chicken stayed very moist. Will make this recipe again.

GREAT! GREAT! GREAT! Tweaked it a little. First I forgot to buy the dressing, so I used what I had left of Kraft Caesar Vinaigrette and added some water and extra pesto (yum!) I used chicken tenders and it was perfect w/3 tenders. I flavored the rice with Salt and a little of the dressing mixture. And that fixed the Rice Problem! We were excited to do a different foil-pack dinner when we camping, there was a Burn Ban in Effect! So we had to use the gas grill so the rice burned a little on the bottom. Anyway my husband and son didn't even know what an artichoke was, and they have been asking when I will make this again! I have so many ideas for these ingredients-a casserole, Stove top, crock pot or who knows!? My husband asked when I make it again to add garlic cloves. One last thing, since I didnt have the Zesty Italian and had to use the Caesar Vinaigrette, I am not sure which I will use when I make it again. GREAT! Worth Trying!!!!
