FABULOUS! The chicken was so tender and the flavor was amazing. My picky 2 year old and 4 year old even gobbled it up!

This was my first foil pack dinner, and I was happy with how easy and good it turned out!

These are delicious. The only thing I would change, not that there's anything wrong with them, is to add roasted red peppers next time.

This was good and so easy to make. My husband was very impressed! It was very flavorful, so be prepared! We just moved in to a new house and all I had to cook with was my toaster oven and rice cooker. I made my regular rice in the rice cooker rather than bake instant rice with the chicken.

This was soooo easy and good! The chicken was very moist, I choose to marinate it for a couple hours with lots of pesto and the italian dressing. Would defiantly make this again!

Great recipe. Quick, easy and delicious. The chicken is very tender, add any of your favorite veggies as a variation. I've also made it with sweet and sour, peppers and pineapple. Very tasty!

We loved this recipe. The flavors were great. Due to not having instant rice, I did precook the rice a bit. I also cooked it in chicken broth rather than water, which I think enhanced the flavors.
