We loved this recipe. The flavors were great. Due to not having instant rice, I did precook the rice a bit. I also cooked it in chicken broth rather than water, which I think enhanced the flavors.

This was very good, but it needs more flavor. Next time I will use more pesto and italian dressing and add some to the rice as well. I cooked the rice halfway before adding it to the foil packet to prevent it from not getting done. Overall we really liked this and it was super easy to make.

This was wonderful and my husband truly enjoyed it. Instead of the diced fresh tomatoes, I used canned diced tomatoes. When the chicken was done, I opened the foil pack, place a slice of provolone cheese on top of the chicken, shut the oven off and put the chicken back in the oven to let the cheese melt. Excellent!

I have made this recipe twice and ran this recipe off at least three times since bringing the left-over's to work! It is the best. I used a big can of diced tomatoes, brown rice (which I cooked a little first) and put extra fat-free dressing and pesto over the rice. This is one of my new favorites.

Nice flavor, easy to make and clean up is a cinch! I have to say I was most impressed with how it looked. Not to sound Rachael Ray-like, but the colors were so pretty together! It looked impressive, even though it was so simple to make.

Great combination of flavors! The chicken comes out very moist! This meal was delicious! And the fact that there's no pans to clean up make it a 6 star! Def. don't skip the pesto! I also put some on top and botom as it was suggested by others. I made it with brown rice instead and it was a little 'al dente'; I think next time I'll pre heat the rice/water in the microwave for a couple minutes to give it a head start. But with instant rice it would be just fine.

I have made this a few different times. Very good - the chicken stays very moist - make sure you cook it long enough - The pesto is a great addition to the recipe.

Was quite good and very easy. Needs lots of flavor/spice. Used pesto ingredients (basil, pine nuts, olive oil, feta cheese) instead of pesto... was good because it added texture.
