This was AWESOME! My boyfriend said this was one of the best recipies he has ever tasted. I would recommend this to anybody. I changed up the recipe a little, I cut the recipe in half but used the whole box of stuffing. It was nice to have alot of stuffing.

Guys, this is the most easy, great tasting dish!!! I did not have to season anything, the stuffing, ranch dressing did the trick. Even my daughter was blown away!!!

Substituted orange juice for the water and followed the advice of previous posters and used less liquid to keep it from getting too soggy. Marinated the chicken in a orange juice and brown sugar mix as well. Gave a light orange flavor to the dish. I didn't include the cheese, but boyfriend added it to his serving. Great recipe

I cut down for one serving & used chicken tenders, but otherwise followed the recipe. I wrapped in a second layer of foil and took it to the beach. While everyone else grilled their burgers & dogs I put two of these packets around the edge of the grill. In 40 mins. or so we had a really tasty hot meal with all the trimmings. They were done to perfection & nicely seasoned too. I'm making more for quick dinners this coming week.

The broccoli had a very good flavor from the Ranch dressing. Next time I will reduce the water in the stuffing. It made it a bit soggy. I would also suggest spraying the foil with nonstick cooking spray. I made this with Pepper Jack soup and whole grain French loaf. My family really liked it and clean up was easy.

I followed the recipe except I used frozen chopped broccoli and cooked it a little longer. It was wonderful! So quick and easy and no mess!
