What You Need

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

1-1/2

cups water

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick

cups broccoli florets

1-1/2

cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/4

cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

1/2

cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

COMBINE stuffing mix and water; spoon onto centers of 6 large sheets heavy-duty foil. Top with remaining ingredients; fold to make 6 packets.

PLACE on rimmed baking sheet.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Remove packets from oven; let stand 5 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.

Variation

Prepare using KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese and KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing.

Cooking Know-How

To prevent the stuffing from sticking to the foil, spray the foil with cooking spray or use nonstick foil.

If the chicken breast halves in your market are larger than 4 oz. each, they will take longer to cook. Be sure to cook them long enough so that they are no longer pink in the centers and the juices run clear (165°F).

This recipe if fabulous and easy! My kids ate it up! I have made it 5 times now and they ask for it at least once a month. You do not need to worry about sides...it fills you up. Even my picky husband raved about it..One tip though--do invest in the release foil...it helps a bunch..It is also good with a california blend veggie mix.

I made this in a 9x13x2 baking dish instead of separate foil packets. I also used Savory Herbs Stove Top instead of Chicken flavor for an extra little kick and it turned out great. My family really loves it.

This is a very good, quick, and easy dinner. It's very filling and easy to clean with the foil-pack and all! Recommending it to all my friends!
