What You Need

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

1-1/2

cups water

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick

cups broccoli florets

1-1/2

cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/4

cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

1/2

cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

COMBINE stuffing mix and water; spoon onto centers of 6 large sheets heavy-duty foil. Top with remaining ingredients; fold to make 6 packets.

PLACE on rimmed baking sheet.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Remove packets from oven; let stand 5 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.

Variation

Prepare using KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese and KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing.

Cooking Know-How

To prevent the stuffing from sticking to the foil, spray the foil with cooking spray or use nonstick foil.

If the chicken breast halves in your market are larger than 4 oz. each, they will take longer to cook. Be sure to cook them long enough so that they are no longer pink in the centers and the juices run clear (165°F).

This recipe is fairly quick and my family loved it.

This turned out fairly well. I ended up cooking them for over 60 minutes though. I used 4 large breasts, so next time I will probably flatten them a little so they cook quicker.

Delicious! Everything was perfect. I cut the chicken in half to 1/2 inch thick so I didn't have to adjust time.

The chicken turned out really well but the stuffing is way too mushy. My husband really liked it but I didn't like it enough to want to make it again.

The ingredients are all good on their own but not together. My husband and I felt it just tasted weird.

I absoultly L-O-V-E-D this dish, and such an easy clean up as well! You can also sub in different veggies if you like carrots, green beans, or red potatos! But it was a cinch to make and very delicious!

Easy recipe to assemble and clean up was nonexistent. Everyone loved this dinner even my brother who is not a fan of stuffing. Did spray the foil with spray before placing stuffing down and the meal just slid off when serving!! All of the flavors worked well together!!
