What You Need

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

1-1/2

cups water

small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick

cups broccoli florets

1-1/2

cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/4

cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

1/2

cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

COMBINE stuffing mix and water; spoon onto centers of 6 large sheets heavy-duty foil. Top with remaining ingredients; fold to make 6 packets.

PLACE on rimmed baking sheet.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Remove packets from oven; let stand 5 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.

Variation

Prepare using KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese and KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing.

Cooking Know-How

To prevent the stuffing from sticking to the foil, spray the foil with cooking spray or use nonstick foil.

If the chicken breasts in your market are larger than 4 oz. each, they will take longer to cook. Be sure to cook them long enough so that they are no longer pink in the centers and the juices run clear (165°F).

the first time i made it, the chicken was under cooked and i had to put it back in the oven for another 20 min. then the next time i made it i made it like a cassarole, i cut up the chicken in to cubes and then made the recipe in a cassarole dish, worked wonderful, my father in-law, whom is very picky, loved it. Will definately make again many times.

Very easy to make and it has everything you need in one little packet. Easy clean up is a definite plus. My whole family loved it. Stuffing was a little mushy so the next time I made it I prepared the stuffing like the box said and it turned out much better.

Easy to make and my kids loved it. We make foil dinner when we go camping so it brought back the good times and the anticipation of summer.

I don't like stuffing but I ate this. I sprayed the foil so the stuffing got crisp on the bottom not mushy and the broccoli wasn't mushy at all. It turned out GREAT. The whole family loved it.
