I found this recipe when I was looking for something different to make while camping. We cooked the chicken over the campfire for 30 minutes, and it was perfectly cooked! The stuffing did have too much water, so I'm reducing it for the next camping trip. My picky kids chose to make it on our next camping trip... so I know they liked it!

I love this recipe & it has caught on with my whole family. It is a fantastic all-in-one meal, which is super easy to make. (Pretty much error proof). One thing...the stuffing mix calls for more water than you need. I only mix in 3/4c. water b/c of the ingredients natural juices & you still have a little excess liquid after it cooks, but it is great!!!

This was great and very easy to make. I loved it. I didn't use the bacon bits and only added 1 cup of water instead of the 1.5 cup recommended on the stuffing package.

Great to make when having guests. Clean up is super easy. Cooking time generally needs to be increased from what the recipe states, especially for thicker pieces of chicken.

I've been making it once a month and my family cannot wait each time when I make it next. Would not change anything

It was a great Idea, My family are not big ranch people so I used cream of chicken in its place, it was all a really great meal, I will though not add as much water to my stuffing next time. The stuffing was pretty soggy which I'm not a big fan of. So that will be the only change I make to it next time. I had to cook it allot longer then it called for as well.
