What You Need

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

1-1/2

cups water

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick

cups broccoli florets

1-1/2

cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/4

cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

1/2

cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

COMBINE stuffing mix and water; spoon onto centers of 6 large sheets heavy-duty foil. Top with remaining ingredients; fold to make 6 packets.

PLACE on rimmed baking sheet.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Remove packets from oven; let stand 5 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.

Variation

Prepare using KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese and KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing.

Cooking Know-How

To prevent the stuffing from sticking to the foil, spray the foil with cooking spray or use nonstick foil.

If the chicken breast halves in your market are larger than 4 oz. each, they will take longer to cook. Be sure to cook them long enough so that they are no longer pink in the centers and the juices run clear (165°F).

This meal is fun, easy to make. My children are hard to please when it comes to chicken breast but they loved this meal.

My sister cooked this last night for my dad's birthday and it was good. Everyone loved it. I'm going to try it in near future:)

this was good, I put it on the grill, just make sure you double layer it and cook on low or stuffing will stick.

This recipe was wonderful. Made it for a golf league. The men wanted the recipe for their wives to make. I did however add bacon bits to the stuffing also.

This was an easy and wonderful meal to have for two or more! Clean up was a snap. I will have this again for my friends . This meal will allow more time for us to visit. Thanks for the great idea.
