I made this for my Dad and myself. I subsituted Blue Cheese for Ranch on his b/c he hates ranch. I really liked it. My Dad can be picky but he ate seconds so you know it was good! I also put chipotle rub on the chicken and used american cheese b/c I didn't have cheddar.

I used a potato peeler to shave down the broccoli into tiny pieces for the picky eaters, julienning the stem. Use the whole piece and you get twice the amount for the money you spend.

My family loved this recipe. I added several carrot slices to each pack. Yummy!

I LOVED this recipe! I'm usually not a fan of ranch dressing, but I have to say this was flavorful and kept my family coming back for more. This one is definitely joining the "repeat recipe" pile!

This one sounded really good, but I wasn't entirely pleased with the end result. The chicken was pretty perfect, but everything else was more like mush. Tasty mush, but the consistency is bothersome.

I made this recipe and it was very good, however does anyone know if making this with frozen mixed vegetables would be as good? broccoli is not a hit with my family......

It is hard to get my son to eat vegetables and both he and my husband loved it and asked for more! It is a keeper!

Simple to make and simple tasting. Nothing to write home about, but delicious nonetheless. Will be making this again!!

I followed the advice of other reviews and cut down on the water for the stuffing. I'd also plan to make more than the 6oz box. For 6 chicken breasts, 6oz of stuffing doesn't go far.
