It was good.. just that the stuffing was mushy... maybe because i used frozen broccoli next time i will use fresh :)
This was not a good dish. I mean, it was edible, but barely. The stuffing came out so extremely mushy it almost was like babyfood. Gross. The chicken flavor was good, I'll give it that. My chicken took almost 1.5 hrs to cook fully, and I had even flattened out the breasts before cooking. I definitely would not recommend this. Maybe putting all into a casserole dish rather than the foil would help the stuffing to not be so wet and mushy. I'm not going to try that though, not worth it.
This is great for the busy weeks we have. I just fix everything in their foil-pack and set the oven and when we get home it smells like someone stayed home and cooked for us. Super easy and super moist and tastful. Everyone picky person in my family loved it.
Great dish, easy, quick and easy clean up, I used pepper jack shedded cheese to spice it up a little, and it was great, I am going to try to put fresh cranberrys in the next time I cook it. My husband loved it, and he does not like to try new and different Foods.
I was really disappointed in this recipe. I followed the directions and the stuffing was extremely soggy and not edible.
I made it in a large cassorole dish because I made it double . Everyone loved it . It's a hit . Thank you
DEFINATELY a keeper! My family went wild for this dinner...even after wrinkling their noses when they saw me putting the ranch dressing on it! I added a little garlic salt to the meat before adding the ranch, cheese, and bacon bits. Also reheats very well according to my hubby.
We loved this one. Made half with breasts and half with thighs because I love dark meat! It is so nice and moist and I had no problem with it not being done. I'm not really a ranch dressing fan, but loved the flavor it added to all. Will definitely make this again and again!
Was mine the only one not done!?!? I had to put it back in the oven and still wasn't completely done thirty minutes later. I'd do it in a 13X9 inch pan without the foil packs next time...liked the idea.
OMG! Everybody looooved this and a clean plate is a happy plate! I wish I'd had more to serve, b/c they were ready for more! Will make this once a week and especially when new company comes over! So excited to have this recipe in my box. So very simple! I recommend this to everyone!
