Very good! The only change I made was to substitute bacon bits for the ham.

Very tasty and filling.I used low sodium cream of mushroom soup instead of fat free.

I just made this recipe and used instant brown rice on the bottom instead of stuffing (seasoned the rice with garlic powder, salt, and pepper) then topped the chicken breasts (which I cut to be about a half inch thin) with portabella mushrooms, peas, and cream of mushroom soup! It was good comfort food and healthy, will probably make again.

after putting it together, I was worried that it would be soggy and mushy but it surprisingly turned out yummy. I used fresh broccoli instead of peas in my husband's packet. Otherwise, followed recipe and family really liked it.

I have been using this recipe for yrs and I couldn't live without it now! We aren't huge mushroom fans, so i skip those and add veggies we like, such as corn, bean, carrots or broccoli (usually whatever we happen to have) and also switch out the mushroom to cream of chicken soup. I have also used turkey cutlets and canned gravy for a quick but delicious turkey dinner (just add cranberry)!

I really enjoyed this recipe! My daughter loved the fact that the packets contained stuffing and were cooked in packets!

First time making this recipe, it was quick to prepare and quick to make. Turned out quite good! I added corn and celery instead of peas, it did turn out slightly watery but I found it a good amount to eat with rice. Would make it again!
