My husband said that this was a "keeper". We really enjoyed it.

The chicken turned out very dry and the stuffing mixture just turned into a big glob of mush.

Very easy and no clean up. I made this ahead of time and then just pop it in the oven when we were ready to eat. Not time I going to add some more spices to give it more flavor.

My 11yo (who is extremely picky eater) even loved this recipe. We are a small family of 3, so the first night I only made enough for one meal, and the stuffing did stick to the foil. So, when I made the rest of the recipe the next night, I sprayed the foil first with PAM, and that worked perfectly. My husband wants to try ALL the foil dinners now!

My eight year old loved it. He has already asked me when I was going to make it again. It was easy and I could make it and walk away while it cooked and not have to worry about it.

I decide to use Campbells' canned chicken gravy instead of the soup. The liquid seeped out during cooking.

I also have a very picky family with 3 kids (so I had to leave out the mushrooms on one) but everyone loved them! The thing I love about Foil-packs is when I do them, I only make enough for dinner for the night. It is built in portion control for me. And a tip, use the ready release foil, things tend not to stick to it as much, it is well worth the price.
