This is a great and easy recipe. I omitted the dressing but still tasty.

I made a single dinner using a frozen single serving fish portion, 1/2 cup each rice and water and cut the other ingredients proportionately. It was a great meal and so eazy!

Absolutely wonderful and perfect for the upcoming Lenten season. I used sole instead of flounder, a little more cream cheese than in the recipe and 1/2 tbsp more of dressing per serving. I also used the Reynolds hot bags instead of foil.

My husband loved it, I was a little dissapointed. The recipe sounded so good. I did find the dressing to be a bit too sweet. I will make it again but will try italian dressing, some sundried tomatoes or canned tomatoes, and definetly some salt & pepper. It was bland in taste. The salt & pepper helped alot.

I thought this was very good. The only thing I did differently was put a 1/2 tbsp of the dressing on the first piece of fish, another on top of the spinach, then 1 tbsp on the top piece of fish.

I used brown Minute Rice (great) and also chopped some mushrooms and green onions and put them in their own separate foil pack with some butter and garlic powder and let them bake as the fish packets were baking. It got rave reviews at my house!

Ugh!! I dont' know what I did different from everyone else, but my fish never got done! The cream cheese never melted! I even cooked it 15 minutes longer than the recipe called for.
