My family loved this recipe. My husband doesn't care for fish and asked for seconds. My kids even ate the spinach and liked it. I definetely recommend this!!

I used the brown rice and tilapia and added some roasted red pepper to the adult's packets. we loved it, even my kids! we found the same as others that it took about 30 minutes to get done and our spinach needed to be farther down in the packet as some of it dried out. make sure your foil piece is truly LARGE as mine were a bit on the small side.

Great quick & easy dish. Attractive enough to serve company. I substituted tilapia, and it was wonderful. Cook for about 25 minutes to ensure fish is cooked through.

This recipe was very tasty. My roommate and I loved it! However, it did take a lot longer than the cooking time to get done. I think we cooked it about twice as long, but it came out perfect after it cooked long enough.

I used canned ready-cut-peeled tomatoes (drained) instead of sun-dried tomotes. It was easy way to get my family to eat spinich.

I was amazed how this recipe turned out. While I was preparing this dish it looked like I had spent hours working on it. When in fact it only took a few minutes. My family really enjoyed this dish. We even split open the aluminum foil and ate this meal from the packet. Please keep these types of meals coming.

This recipe almost seemed too easy when I first read it but it turned out perfect. I used the light onion and chive cream cheese and I substituted Tilapia for the flounder. I poured the packets out on a plate and mixed everything together and added a little salt and pepper for flavor. I felt like I had made a gourmet dinner. It was delicious!

I made it according to the recipe, except I used Italian Salad Dressing in place of the Sundried Tomato. It was very good, but you might want to season the piece of fish on the bottom as your assembling it.
