DELICIOUS! I did make some changes though. Tomato sauce instead of vinaigrette and I used the minute rice quinoa/wild rice medley instead of plain. They turned out GREAT though with a nice flavor and super easy. Next time I might try tilapia instead, just because I don't care as much for the texture of flounder personally.

TERRIBLE!!! First off the "sauce" that is supposed to form from the cream cheese and dressing...did not form. The spinach didn't cook enough. The fish was not done enough and the rice had NO flavor. My husband wouldn't even try it. I don't blame him. I just hate wasting money on an expensive ingredient like fish and not like it. Try something else!!!

We must have missed how this is good. The spinach had no flavor and was like eating a garden. The cream cheese didn't really add anything to it.

it was not good. i cooked it on the grill after reading some of the reviews. choices i faced were raw fish, raw spinach and a dallop of spead or cook further and end up with burnt rice

the fish wouldn't cook, we even doubled the time. we ended up putting the fish on a dish separate from everything else.

Following the directions - nothing cooked & the spinich was dried out. I added more dressing and cooked it 10 more minutes. Not worth the hassle!

I made just one foil pack and this was great for a single dinner. Like the last comment, I had to leave this in the over a little bit longer than the recipe calls for.
