Excellent recipe! All of our family enjoyed this meal. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out beautifully. My husband is a very picky eater and he loved this meal. My 4 year-old cleaned his plate, spinach and all. I am planning to make this recipe again, I think it will become a regular at our table. Thank you Kraft for such a quick, easy and delicious recipe!
My family raved over ths dinner. I also had my mother from Pureto Rico and she was impressed. They loved it and it only took no more then 15 min to prepare and put in the oven. It was superb............Highly recommended
My Family & I loved it. And it was easy to make.
Good, but the rice and fish need a little seasoning before cooking. I added a little salt and pepper to the water and rice before placing on the foil. Salt and pepper on the fish would be good also.
i don't like real strong fish, i decided to try this recipe with haddock instead of flounder and we loved it. i'm making it again for my parents that's how confident we felt about it. thanks and keep up the great work, it's appreciated. candi
It was very easy to make and very delicious. My husband doesn't like spinach at all but he really liked this recipe. Definately going to use it again.
Two thumbs up as , I used Salmon. I made the foil chicken as well & used our purple potatoes under the chicken since that was all we had & they were very tasty. The foil made for an easy clean up too!!!
While the ingredients in this recipe sounded interesting and flavorful, the finished product was a big disappointment. My husband and I are both "fish fans" and have tried many different recipes. This was by far, the worst.
I enjoyed the experience. Fish is not an easy meal given timing and being careful not to overdo same. I had a problem with distributing the cream cheese. I think spreading it on the upper portion of the 2nd. piece of fish would make sense. Perhaps I missed something.
Good recipe! Be careful not to put too much cream cheese like I did. I love cream cheese but it will overpower the recipe if you use a lot.
