Love the topping!!! I think my fish fillets were a little too thick - best to use thinner fillets.

I loved the topping on the salmon, but it was a little too spicy for my kids. I would cut the red pepper by half or more if I make it for them again.

Delicious! My husband and I love this recipe. I think it's important to use all fresh ingredients. Fresh parmesan, and lemon make the dish perfect. I also add fresh minced garlic to the sauce. We serve it with a fresh vegetable and mashed potatoes. Delish!

Very delicious even though I'm not usually a fan of salmon! I tried the suggestion of others and doubled the mayo mixture, still only used 10 crackers and real lemon (to cut out the fishy flavor). It was a hit with my husband, I will make it again.
