This is my first time baking salmon and this was really easy and really good - a good recipe for the novice. The kids ate it and asked for more! One question for the seasoned cooks out there - is the lemon juice for flavor or part of the cooking process?

We loved this recipe. It had a nice spicyness to it. Will definitely make it again.

This was so delicious, my husband said it was better than any other salmon he'd had - and he's had some salmon! My only suggestion: double (or even triple) the dressing recipe... it's so yummy that you'll want some extra!

Very quick to make. Delicious, minimum ingredients. Substitue cheddar for parmesean cheese. Always complimented on how great it tasts when I serve it for dinner. My friends request this dish when dinner is at my place.
