I had really high hopes for this recipe, but I am sad to say that it was just "ok". This was the first time that I cooked salmon, and I was thrilled at how easy and quick it is! Unfortunately, the mayo flavor made the dish seem cheap. When I put mayo on fish it's usually fried mystery fish. By the way, i am a huge mayo lover...just not on my salmon apparently!
I'll definitely use the cooking instructions again, just not the mayo glaze.
