Pretty good. I'm used to sweeter flavors with my salmon, but my husband really liked this. Not to mention it was SO easy and fast, I would make it again for that reason alone. I didnt have 4 filets, just one big one that the 2 of us split, so I had to cook it longer than the recipe says. Maybe more cayenne, less mayo and more crackers next time too. Served it with rice.

I also cut up some scallions, only the green side, and sprinkled it over the salmon at the end. Yummy AND looks good...

This is an absolutely delicious salmon recipe. I would highly recommend it and have made it for my family on more than one occasion.

Both of us really liked this fish. It is the only recipe that we like with fished baked in the oven. (we ususally need to grill it before we will touch fish!) We will make this again.

I loved this recipe! I thought it tasted very good and actually ended up eating the leftovers for lunch for the next few days. Unfortunately my husband and kids did not like it as much. My husband is not a mayo person and tasted it right away.

Very good and you can't tell it is mayo as the topping. First time I actually cooked fish and it was a hit.
