Easy to make and very good. Next time I'll add a little extra cayenne or some other spices for more flavor.

This was a very good and extremely simple recipe. I have one of those hubby's that is not fond of "fish that tastes fishy". He loved it! Very delicate flavor and the cayenne pepper adds just the right punch!

Our family loved this recipe--even the kids! We make it at least once a month. It also works great on the grill if you don't want to heat up your kitchen in the summer! Your grill just needs a temperature gauge.
