this is quick, easy and delicious. We are eating this once a week now, as part of our leaner meat diet. I am not a big parmesan cheese fan, but this fish recipe is awesome!

I absolutely love salmon but was getting a bit weary of the same old recipes. This recipe is a great twist. The crackers leave a nice crunchy layer on top and the combination of cayenne pepper, mayo and parmesan cheese give just the right amount of flavor. My son, who generally does not like fish of any type, loved it!

I made this last night and all the reviews are correct... melts in your mouth and does not taste fishy at all. I highly recommend this recipe for a quick dinner or even having guests over. You can't go wrong with this recipes. Thanks Kraft.

I make this easy recipe all the time. I found that you have to bake the salmon a little longer than the recipe states, 17-20 minutes.

This is one of the best salmon recipes! My husband really likes salmon fixed this way. I have made this many times for dinner guests and everyone raves over it. Thanks for such a great easy recipe.

My husband does not like salmon, but he said this was the best salmon recipe I've made so far. I thought it was a little to "mayonnaisey", but good non-the-less.
