This is a wonderful recipe. I love salmon and parmesan and it was all gone in a flash since everybody in the family liked it so much. :)

Quick, easy and tasty! First time I've ever made salmon and it turned out great.

The mayonaise was just too much. No one in my family of 4 would brave more than the first bite. I had to scrape off the crust and mayonaise and drown the filets in lemon juice to make it edible.

This is one of the most delicious salmon meals I've made. It was to die for....it was a little bit spicy which complimented the salmon flavour nicely. I highly recommend it!
