Last Friday had a "Girl's Night" at home. This salmon was GREAT!!! Added more cheese (which is always a plus) and even kept the skin on (nurients) - placed the mayo mixture on top of skin - and it was UNBELIEVABLE!!! This with a nice tossed green salad and glass of wine - YUMMY!!! Next time - would not use as much mayo.
This is a delicious and easy recipe. The family loved the crunchy texture. This is my new way of preparing my salmon.
I originally got this recipe from a chef at a small hometown restaurant. Instead of baking, to add a little more flavor I poached the salmon in white wine and water with a dash of dill, then topped with cheese mixture and broiled it until the cheese melted. So happy to see it here. Superb!
I made this recipe last night and I felt like I was missing something. The recipe calls for one side of the season, but next time I do it, I will season the Salmon on both sides. Overall, it was good.

Mom of twins six years old. I made this recipe using lowfat mayo it was awesome. My kids had seconds and thirds. Awesome. Will make it every week.
I made this and it was fabulous. The concept was great however I added obay seasoning to the fish and the more parmesan the better...
this was great for adults. the kids did not like it much. i added more parmesan cheese. for a quick kick to your taste buds, spray the aluminum foil and fish with crisco butter spray.
I used the 'method/idea' of this recipe because I wanted to use it on a less fatty fish and it was still very good. I don't like fish, but the crust gave it a sweet flavor that I was won over.
very good - used light mayo on it and reduced fat crackers and still the best. something a first time cook could do.
