I cannot stand mayo and personally would never eat this meal. However, having said that, my husband said this salmon was one of the best, moist, flavorful salmon dishes he has ever eaten! The salmon was not overcooked or dried out at all, and he really enjoyed it! I'm sure I will make it many times for him. I steamed some vegetables, tossed a quick salad, and served him a wonderful dinner in no time at all!

We really liked this recipe! The dill sounds like a good alternative, may have to try that next time.

I made this recape numerous times and my family can't get enough of it. I did spice it up with a little dill and added a little black pepper to taste.

My husband & I both loved this recipe! It was very easy to make, and came out wonderfully. I added some lemon & dill to the cheese mixture, used nayonnaise in place of mayonnaise, & used chipotle chili powder (a good dash worth) instead of just crushed red chili powder. This will definitely get made again at our house!

Very quick and easy to make. I made this for a family get together and everyone loved it, including the folks that do not generally eat salmon! Also a great recipe if you are following a low carb diet.

This was VERY easy, quick and extremely tasty!! I actually find myself asking my husband to go fishing just so we can have this often.

Simply phenomenal!!! I'm not joking. This was so good. I couldn't believe the flavor. It was also super easy to make. I would highly recommend this recipe. My husband even commented on how good it was...and he's not one to comment unless it's really good. Yeah, I'll be making this again...probably next week :)

We loved this recipe! It takes little prep time, and is easy enough for him. I found if the salmon is marinated it is even better!
