This was a wonderful way to prepare Salmon. I added the dill weed and used part parmesan cheese and the rest ramano/asaigo cheese. Simply delicious!! All of my kids ate it too!

I USED MOZZARELLA CHEESE AND CRUSHED RED PEPPER AND SPRAYED THE THE FOIL WITH GARLIC SPRAY.VERY EASY AND A 5 STAR RATING

I really liked this recipe. It was easy, quick and tasty. To add some flavor i added 1/2 teaspoon of ginger/garlic paste.

This dish was outstanding, I would serve this to dinner guests without a second though. Really quick and easy to do. I served it with baked potatoes and roasted vegetables.
