Trying to incorporate more healthy "meat" into our meals, this was incredibly fast and simple. I'm not a big fan of a fishy taste, this was great. The hubby even said I could make this one again.

Husband and I loved this, unfortunately the young children did not, but I would definitely make it again. I added a little Italian herb mix to the top of the salmon after baking for color and added flavor. Very tasty!

Incredible! Best salmon I have ever eaten. This has become a regular in our household and I have shared it with others as well. Low-fat mayo works well also. Dill weed is a must too.

This was delicious. Very smooth, and adding dill weed gives it an extra "something." It was really good with brown rice, onions, and peas mixed together. My husband loved it and we wished there was more!

This was a wonderful way to prepare Salmon. I added the dill weed and used part parmesan cheese and the rest ramano/asaigo cheese. Simply delicious!! All of my kids ate it too!

This dish was outstanding, I would serve this to dinner guests without a second though. Really quick and easy to do. I served it with baked potatoes and roasted vegetables.
